Sharmian L. White, Esq.

Sharmian White has over twenty years of experience practicing law in the private and public sectors.  Her practice is focused on trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing and litigation; copyright registration, enforcement, licensing and litigation; and internet domain name disputes.  She is experienced in all aspects of trademark and copyright enforcement, from cease and desist letters to DMCA takedowns, to infringement litigation to secure damages, injunctions, and seizure and destruction of counterfeit goods.  She has obtained numerous favorable judicial rulings and has negotiated countless settlements of infringement matters.  She has significant experience with enforcement against internet entities and discovery of evidence from internet service providers.
